Pearl: Brass Trio Performance

This was part of Dave Kirk's faculty recital at Rice University and features:
Dave Kirk (tuba)
Gavin Reed (horn)
and Eddie Lewis (flugelhorn)

"Pearl" is an original composition Eddie Lewis wrote for and about his wife
while they were courting. The musical motifs symbolically
represent Pearl's personality, her life and her career.
Dave Kirk is the tubaist with the Houston Symphony Orchestra
and a low brass professor at Rice University.
